Based in Sierra Leone, AdvocAid has a small team of paralegals, duty counsel lawyers, project officers, education officers and assistants who together, ensure that girls and women in Sierra Leone have access to free legal aid and know and can assert their legal rights.

New Role: Paralegal (Western Area Urban)
The role of Paralegal will involve visiting police stations, courts, and correctional centres in Freetown to provide women and girls with legal assistance and to perform monitoring duties. The successful applicant will have a knowledge of the legal system in Sierra Leone and have at least two years’ experience working either as a paralegal or in the field of human rights.
